The staff are so incredibly helpful. I love this store. It has an amazing selection.
I visited the store because I was looking for a new straw western hat. They had several brands and every size you could imagine for each brand. The gal that was working on the register helped me find one that fit, Which isn’t easy to do. One brand 7 1/8 is the equivalent of another brand 7 3/8. She kept me within my budget and set me up with a very nice Cody Johnson by Resistol. Very condesending I dont know if it was because I was indesisive on my sons shoe size or because we looked a certain way. .. CHEAP QUALITY!! bought this yesterday and i put it on my son a couple hours and already falling apart SMH ! for $60 I'd expect it to be higher quality .. rating 1 star because unfortunately I cant rate 0 .
One of the best selections of western wear on the central coast. The staff is amazing… couldn’t imagine shopping anywhere else.
Absolutely fantastic service by all 4 employees on staff 12/20/25 while we shopped for our employee Christmas gifts! Professional, friendly service, then wrapped everything so nicely & all 4 helped us with loading everything in our car. Doesn’t happen very often anymore. We drove up from Santa Ynez Valley to visit this store & will continue to do so!
