On Mother’s Day weekend, I decided to go check this store out but needed to stop at ACE first. I ended up purchasing some cute Levi’s from ACE and declined a bag. Then…… I walked into the western store and looked around. I like to look down every aisle at every item. Went here to buy some feed, the owner was very helpful and the prices where good.
Myself, my mom, and my medically trained service dog (who was wearing her vest and was leashed) walked into this business. We were greeted by a nice sales lady, and a man who immediately said “does it need to be in here” (he was speaking about my service dog) I informed him she is task trained service dog for medical reasons. My dog had to shake as she was standing next to me, and he said that’s why I don’t want the dog in here. As we walked further into the store we could hear him talking about us. They don’t tell you that you won’t get a refund on your purchases. You can only get a credit to buy other things at their store. I found out when I went back to return items I bought just the day before. These people will lose business the way they operate. They told me oh well we have a sign right here that says no refunds and it’s on your receipt. Wow really guys???? The public should be made aware of this!!! I will never go back there.
