Let me tell you something! I needed to sleep. Stress or something had my sleep broken up and my iron the doctor said was very low. I use the mineral powder that has the magnesium in it and the needed iron supplement and I also drink the Pineneedle tea. I believe that’s what it’s called and I have been able to sleep.
