I often deal with chronic neck and back pain and decided to visit this place during a recent trip to Albany. Lisa was very skilled in her massage technique and was able to provide lasting relief from my muscle stiffness and frozen shoulder symptoms. If I lived in Albany, this would definitely be my go to place as Lisa gave the absolute best massage. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.
My daughter and I had wonderful, relaxing massages today. We would definitely recommend this business.
