I guess I hadn't been here since they just opened this location, but they no longer have cats, it's strictly a veterinary location. Disappointing because I went both to ask questions and to see the cats. We took the ferals by our place in back then, they took some of the kittens for adoption but let us keep the older ones. I agree with the person who said they take too much off of the ear, it's a lot compared to other places I've seen, but whatever I'm not an actual vet qualified to tell you why they do that. Definitely worth the 30min drive and bridge crossing to get our community cats fixed through the TNR program. 3 of us had individually gone to another local cat clinic in Fremont to use vouchers. But staff was incredibly rude, understandably made mistakes, but was just mean for no reason. There were also a lot of unnecessary rules/requirements that probably deterred people from following through w/surgeries.
