Have always had an excellent experience at Nine Lakes, whether for Boat or ATV service/repair. Also great for boat winterization and storage. Picked up a sweet used boat there, as well (pic enclosed). I'd highly recommend them to anyone !
I never ceases to amaze me how some people can write a bias comment on the internet about someone or some business and only tell a fraction of the truth or a fraction of the story. so I get this guy in the door and wants me to repair his atv. I guess he wants me to stop all operations and get on his atv like he is some sort of diplomat. we have a first come first serv routine here . so he stops in a week later and I tell him his work order is coming up and we will be looking at it shortly. he then calls on Wednesday and read... read more
This is one business I recommend that everyone avoid at all cost. Highly recommend that if you are to visit this place, to not bring children with you, as the language that was used during my experience, was deplorable and unacceptable for the owner/employees to use towards customers. I question if this business is an authorized repair facility for any of the products they advertise for and will be writing to manufacturers they claim to service, to report on the degrading service received from this business.
