We had such a wonderful experience at Nina’s Collection Boutique! We couldn’t find the shop at first, so we called and spoke with Raf, who gave us clear directions and made sure we found our way. From the moment we arrived, he was so friendly, energetic, and welcoming. He immediately understood what my daughter was looking for, and unbelievably, the very first dress he showed her was perfect! I went to this store with my mother to browse dresses, and we were treated with immediate disrespect and unnecessary attitude. The woman working there wouldn’t even allow us to lightly touch the dresses to feel the fabric — not a single finger. We weren’t allowed to view other sections of the store, and she spoke to us as if we were a problem just for being there, even though the store was completely empty.
