I just finished reading E. Bell’s review & was totally shocked and dismayed at the outrageous comments posted which were very demeaning to Nina & her services. My daughter & I have known & received excellent acupuncture treatments & massage w/Nina for about 20 yrs. She has always treated me with respect & kindness. Nina is very frightening. When I first started treatment, she didn’t get the proper authorization for service from my insurance co. About 8 bills went unpaid. I had to work with the insurance co. to allow current payments. After that, she decompensated. She intentionally put needles in areas I didn’t want them, attempted to shake my earrings off, and mess up my hair. She asked intrusive questions, and when I didn’t answer, she would get angry. Always a wonderful experience. Nina has powerful hands and uses the best massage techniques specific to my problem areas. My concerns about acupuncture needles evaporated after the first session I had with her. She has the experience and practical skills to put the needles where they produce the best effect.
