Nice staff everyone is very friendly
I love this place; it's never packed. The staff is amazing; they are always willing to help you out or give you some pointers. The only downside is that it's not open on the weekends, not open any Holliday, only open at 8:00AM. So, no early bird gets the worm here, no good leg machine. But it is a clean and safe gym to get a good workout in. I can't give no five-star because they took out the good leg equipment. To focus on cross fit. Go Blue
Friendly staff, only problem would be dental is always scheduled months out.
