Doesn’t return phone calls, my bike has been there for months. Others have filed the same complaint to Dahlonega police station and no luck.Poor business model and it shows by the way he keeps the shop. Unprofessional and not worth the stress.
TLDR- Come to this bike shop for anything bike related. Ryan will take care of you and provide outstanding service, advice, and general bike knowledge, all with great vibes. Came in from NY for 6gap. Showed up to the shop and Ryan was super friendly as soon as I walked in. He was in the process of troubleshooting some sram red shifting issue for another customer, deep in the iPad resolving software updates.
