David is really nice guy, but has aligned himself with Seascape Property management which is a poor property manager. David did the tax return for Grande at Canal Pointe, made an error on the return but was more interested in his relationship with Seascape than his client GCP. We have since gotten his error corrected by a CPA that is interested in GCP as their client vs. our management company. Ask questions about who he really represents before engaging this CPA.
David has been a great help to me and my wife. We moved from Virginia to Delaware in 2019. There were many things to work out regarding property taxes and capitol gains. He has always answered my questions and handles our tax returns.
