great people keep me updated on the whole process in a timely manner
Called them to look in to a wrongful termination case, they took a bunch of irrelevant information. Wouldnt let me explain to them why i was calling. Then pawned my case off to some random firm. And no explanation on whats going on. Then i get an email saying theyre not gonna represent me. They never even heard what i had to say. Terrible lawfirm would not recommend to anyone
I reached out because I needed help (hints the Legal services provided): and was declined service. They didn't tell me why the declined me and play this word game that doesn't clarify anything and ultimately wastes the customers (myself) time.
They said that since there is no attorney-client relationship, they can’t help, but I called them looking for an attorney. How am I supposed to have a relationship with them if I’m actively looking for an attorney. It makes very little sense
The intake specialist Betty is so disrespectful and condescending. I have never felt so uncomfortable in discriminating against during intake process. I am not on her time and this firm needs to evaluate who they hire if they think they can allow someone to talk to people that way and then pass the potential client off to an entirely different firm within an hour of being disrespected so thoroughly by an intake specialist.
