Horrible service. I don’t recommend Nilesh Topiwala to anyone. Many times I had to tell him about new tax rules. Every time we have to wait at least an hour or 2 even with an appointment. Staff is not knowledgeable at all and they talk about your personal finances front of everyone. There’s no privacy. Your papers are just laying on an open desk in the lobby. I had to beg them for my papers. You’ll have to make many calls and visits before they get a you get any information. Please find a better accountant.
