My phone had issues so I had a new battery installed at Niles. It still didn't work so I bought a new phone at Apple Store and was supposed to get a trade-in amount of $225 but only got $90 because the battery Niles installed wasn't an Apple battery. So I'm out the $150 for the battery and $135 penalty for the non-Apple battery.
Brought in a brand new phone with a cracked screen phone came back in worse shape, and didn’t work at all. Took it back where he attempted to fix it and again some how made it worse. 300$ spent to make phone worse.
Nile is a wizard! He resurrected my ocean phone when I thought all hope was lost.
