Nikole is an absolute rock star! I spoke to other brokers as I was getting ready to put in an offer but Nikole struck the right balance of personable, genuine, kind, whip-smart, and professional. She found me a great rate, was very available to answer questions and talk things through. She navigated some complicated last-minute hurdles with steadiness, kindness, determination and know-how to bring our contract to close on time and without a hitch.
