As soon as I phoned she was super rude and said bye after asking a simple question. Even if she wasn't in that area of expertise there is no reason for someone to be so rude and to hang up so fast. Instead she could have giving me options or just said no I am not but instead she gives me attitude off the bat and hangs up wouldn't suggest anyone with lack of manners
