I can not recommend and speak Nikki Yelton and the team's praises enough! Nikki is a true professional and spends the time to get to know you and find an answer!
A wealth of knowledge and solutions for a healthy lifestyle for LIFE, helping me to make the changes that will result in a better me mind and body and not just a quick fix for the time being.
My specific worry has always been about my gut, so having the Gut Society group has really helped navigate & filter through all the info to help me make smarter choices to finally feel better!!! 🙌

Working with Nikki, I have learned SO much! And it is just the beginning. She is filled with endless knowledge and compassion and it shows through her community. I know I've only seen a glimpse of what she has to offer and I cannot wait to learn everything I can from her. I hope to be half the RD she is, and am truly forever grateful for her!

Nikki has COMPLETELY transformed my life!!! I went day today day for years feeling uncomfortable, bloated, discouraged and frustrated. Once we started working together everything made sense, fell into place and improved immensely. I am forever grateful for every aspect of Nikki. I would highly highly recommend Nikki to EVERYONE.
