I have done Pilates off and on for 30 years. Nikki is phenomenal. She's strategic and innovative with my challenging body. I am 61, have severe scoliosis, osteoporosis and arthritis and she has been instrumental in getting me back on my feet, almost literally. She has a heart of gold and a mind of steel.
