Compassionate during consultation and changed the moment retained. Refused to correct grammar and misspellings in legal documents. Agreed on a flat fee then threatened not to file documents if more money wasn't provided on retainer. When asked to correct documents that were simply their typing errors, she was defensive, disrespectful, and charged the retainer to even discuss their mistakes. Would not recommend.
