Whenever we've had questions or encountered issues, she's been very diligent in solving them to our satisfaction. Niki is very passionate about her work and that definitely shows during the experience she provides. We had a trip planned with many family, each with different preferences and Niki was quick in finding us the right place with the right price and of course gave us a lot of advice on what to look for!.
