Customer service is amazing at Nike in Sylvia Park. Brandon is awesome, he went above and beyond to assist my teenager with securing his basketball sneakers. I had a really great experience at Nike Sylvia Park. The staff were friendly, but one team member in particular stood out. I forgot to ask her name, but she was extremely helpful and patient. I had picked some shoes myself, but she specifically suggested that I try a few other pairs based on my needs. She really understood my requirements and guided me honestly instead of just selling.
