The girl at the front counter was very insolent. She didn't give any greeting and she didn't pay attention until she finished using her phone. She didn't say a single word during the whole return process. It's very rude of her to treat customers like this.
I visited here yesterday ONLY because i placed an order online for a pair to be picked up. First of all, once you place the online order - it tells you that the pair would be ready for pick up in 2 hours which it wasn't. I had to give them a call to get the order fulfilled, upon my call the order was ready for pick up! When i went is, the store was quite small also had limited collection but some good shoes in! But the service was just very very poor, there was a girl at the counter who checked my ID and email for my order. ... read more
