She was very kind on the phone but I was floored when she said $90 to notarize 3 signatures because of the type of document. A notary is to notarize a signature not examine a document. It should be the same cost no matter the document. We called around and found UPS notarizes for $10 a signature. And yes in have used a mobile notary in the past and they charged $20 for the first signature and $10 for the others. And that was with further distance on a Sunday Felt this price was steep.
I am a Realtor down here in Raleigh,NC and needed a lot of help to get a house to closing. Nakia was a lifesaver!!!! She went far and beyond to assist me with getting the docs i needed handled. Such a great person with a lot of knowledge and passion. THANK YOU SO MUCH
