Every time I've called, the lady (I think her name is Tamara) is SO kind and helpful! It seriously almost brought me to tears to experience this level of friendliness and helpfulness in customer service!! Sadly, it's such a rarity these days. Thank you and God bless!! 😊
I didn't get the name of the gal I talked to on the phone this morning but she was super sweet, personable, and very helpful with figuring out why my Medica fitness reimbursements had suddenly stopped. Top notch, friendly service like that can be hard to find, thank you for leaving me feeling good about the customer service received. Can you always be on the other side of the phone when I need customer service?!
