Jason made false accusations of abuse for failure to deliver, very vindictive and unprofessional in all aspects of customer service. Avoid if possible is my recommendation.

Our experience with Nighthawk Transport has been unacceptable. We were promised a pickup that never happened — even after eight days of waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, we received only excuses about being short-staffed.
