Our experience with Nighthawk Transport has been unacceptable. We were promised a pickup that never happened — even after eight days of waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, we received only excuses about being short-staffed. When I contacted their manager, Jason Turnbull, hoping to resolve the matter in good faith, I was shocked to be met with dismissiveness and baseless accusations of being “rude.” Rather than showing accountability or any interest in fixing the problem, the company chose to turn away a paying customer.
