Very poor I ordered a vest nearly a month ago and still haven’t received it. Was told it would be done two weeks ago but haven’t heard anything back yet
These guys are great!!!! Products and customer service beyond expectations!!! Lost my charger and they replaced it, wiring on battery came off they replaced it! I can't say enough good things!!! I didn't expect any of this free of charge and was willing to pay...Way to go, you made my day I can use my vest again!! Stay safe everyone!
took a bit of time to get, about 2.5 weeks from order to shipping email. when i asked them for an update they replied same day or next morning, i cant remember, which was good enough for me on communications. im guessing the delay was them probably making it to order. it did show up and appeared to be pretty nice. i ordered the lvl 3 and feel pretty satisfied with it so far. did test out all the lights and everything is working well there and seem like they would work well at night. if i had to nit pic something it would be ... read more
Doesn't stand by their word highly disappointed.
Ordered it a few days ago arrived really quick amazing turnaround. It’s great quality and has everything that is featured on the website. One thing for sure is that people don’t pay attention so anything to help us stand out is a must. can’t wait to use it on a call. I definitely highly recommend them. Once I finish my EMT certification , I’ll probably have to order another vest from them so I had both a fire and an EMT vest. Keep up the good work. Amazing products.
