I'm very mindful where I get massages when I'm travelling and often feel a little apprehensive beforehand. Niggles & Knots feels like a little gem - an oasis of calm out of the chaos. I was late for my appointment. I called reception and they were nice and said not to worry about it. When I arrived my masseuse Michelle rushed me into the room. I felt rushed and in trouble. I quickly got myself on the massage bed. I apologised to Michelle for being late and said I will pay the full hour and not go overtime. I also tried to inform her the number she told me to call was blocked so I wasn’t able to contact her directly although I informed reception.
