Great people
I placed an order with the company on 12/10/22 it is now 12/27/22 and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. The company uses a shipper who turns the package over to the post office. I replied to the shipping confirmation email on 12/18/22 letting Nifty know my order wasn’t processed by the first shipper as reported by the tracking info and never received a response from the company. I wouldn’t order from this company until they improve their shipping process. Very disappointed.
I recently purchased the Appliance Rolling Tray and the EZ .expandable roasting rack. What great products. So innovative and useful tools for my kitchen. I had a problem with the height of the tray. It was my fault as I measured wrong. Customer Service was wonderful! They immediately solved my problem. That means the world to me. I will be buying more from Nifty Products!
