If you are a customer—BEWARE! They will change prices on you. On their sale days they will up the the original price from what it was the day before. Told me an item was $64 first day. They repeated the price to me and to each other since the item had no price tag on it. Second day when items were supposed to be 50% off, they said it was now originally $75 🧐 no use arguing with them either, they apparently “won’t remember” any previous conversation. So you like getting ripped off and had—these are the sales for you!

We anticipated a more profitable sale, but more than two weeks AFTER our estate sale, we got a check that was much smaller than we had been led to believe. In addition, we were charged "clean up fees" for the items that did not sell. This was not in the contract but what could we do? Finally, our house was not left "broom clean" as promised. Bottom line - DO NOT USE NIFTY SALES BY MELVIN . Very disappointed :(

This company was recommended to me by my realtor. I made an appointment with Melvin. He was approximately 45 minutes late. He told me that there were not enough items for a sale at the house but he would have another gentleman call me who would come to the house, pack up everything that was to go , then take it to auction and then take a percentage of the sale and we would get the rest.
