I had a wonderful massage experience at NIET Student Massage Clinic. The therapist was friendly, professional and attentive. They listened carefully to my concerns and adjusted the pressure to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. The clinic was clean, relaxing and welcoming. I felt much more relaxed afterwards, and the tension in my shoulders and back was greatly relieved. Great service at a reasonable price. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this clinic!

As a former student at NIET, I had a wonderful learning experience. The learning environment was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Wayne, who is a very friendly, patient and responsible teacher. He always took the initiative to guide us, explained every technique clearly and carefully demonstrated the correct massage methods. I was very disappointed with my experience. My appointment was cancelled simply because I arrived 15 minutes late. While I understand the importance of punctuality, completely refusing service over such a short delay felt unreasonable and unprofessional. Life happens, and some understanding or flexibility would have gone a long way. This experience left me feeling let down, and I would not recommend this service based on the lack of consideration.
