After 2 weeks I was let go from this company. Sadly, I really liked my job and gave a huge amount of effort into completing the task assigned. My email account set up would show just in two days how please customers were with my efforts in resolving order issues. I believe this company has huge potential however opportunities were cut short due to my bluntness and lack of understanding how to do assignments without proper training.

BEWARE of purchasing from this company. I placed an $800 order 3 weeks ago and they said it would ship FedEx the following day. After several calls this company still cannot provide me with a FedEx tracking number (I am in LA and they are in California too). It obviously has not yet been sent and hasn't even been processed. Last week they claimed it was sent to the wrong address, would update with FedEx and call me back. Very Bad Experience with this Company, they don't have it but No one tell us until we called them couple times. EVEN the second time i called them, they told me they will ship the item to me. i still believed we will received the item after one month waiting. it is take more than one month to wait for "out of stock" answer. Highly doubt their system functional or not. i never go with them again.
