I reached out to Nielson Financial due to needing a feasibility study for a new construction Memory Care Assisted Living Facility in Palm Beach County. I initially spoke with the owner Cy Pizam and expressed the need to have the study expedited in 3 weeks and he assured that he could meet the deadline and he did just that even though he was in the midst of moving(not sure how he was able to pull it off but he did).
