I was visiting the area and flew with my road bike - in transit I lost a stem bolt and my seat post clamp got stripped. Matt saved the day, fixed up my bike on the spot in no time, he even made a custom bolt for my stem. The local biking community is so lucky to have him (and his cute dog)!
I was having trouble getting a new tire on my rim. Despite this being an overwhelmingly embarrassing situation for me, I stopped in to see Matt. He not only chose not to make fun of me, but immediately stopped what he was doing and quickly installed the tire so I could go riding….exceptional service to say the least! Definitely one of the best shops around!

Stopped in Neilsens while passing through on a bike trip. Matt took great care of us and got us all fixed up for the next leg of our journey! Great service. Great human. Cute dog.
