This guy is a joke!! Do not use him unless you plan on selling the farm! We pretty much told him how to do his job! “A lover not a fighter” that how he was described by the second attorney we had to consult. Not exactly the description you want on your side!! Thankfully WE were competent enough to tell him what needed to happen although we still got screwed because of negotiations that never should have taken place.

They quickly took care of an improper movement ticket that my girlfriend received in Sylva. Appeared for her in court, also, so she didn't even have to miss class that day. They were very readily available to answer any questions. Now, I work at another firm in Waynesville and our professional relationship with Nielsen Legal is great. Friendly and professional staff who are always timely and accurate. Highly recommend!
