Excellent Service m Friendly Team members. Waiting room is great with coffe and tea available. Service was fast .
I recently took my Tiguan in to get my brakes replaced and to fix an issue with my battery. I was helped by Brandon at the service center and he was great. Brandon was very informative, concise, and extremely helpful and forthcoming. They had my car back to me in less time than they had originally said which was also nice. They also provided a Lyft home and back to the dealership once my car was done being worked on. I could not recommend this service center more to anyone with Volkswagen problems in the Sacramento area.
I drove 2hrs for someone to tell me they dont have a loaner, I need to leave my car. I literally wasted my time and gas. When I specifically told the person on the phone I was coming from far away and have no way of dropping off!
