This firm is excellent. I have worked with them for decades. They do not lie, cheat, or steal. They honor their promises every time. Work with them, and they will work with you. If you feel disrespected, speak with one of the lawyers.

Better luck finding a unicorn or leprechaun then getting these people to answer there phone , better yet the door I went to there building and rang the buzzer to be buzzed in to just be standing around waiting , can leave multiple voicemails and you will not receive a call back , they’ll send you paperwork in the mail to threaten your license if you don’t contact them , call the number on the paper and it’s the same shpeel , there payment portal is piss poor , inpatient when your typing in information so it only picks up hal... read more
These guys and gals are just doing their job. I have been summoned twice because of credit card issues. My fault. I defaulted on my obligations and wasnt surprised when they came to collect. I found them very reasonable and when I told them what I could afford each month, they accepted it. My only office contact with them was to ask for my balance... The response was friendly and professional. If you want to be mad, be mad at the credit card companies... but remember, the debt IS yours.
Sure it’s their job to collect, but there is a point as to when you’re just going out of your way to try and take all of people’s money that they have saved up for their family, especially in todays horrible economy. These guys tried doing this to me, I made them an offer and they never even countered, so what did they do, they took me to Court and tried have the judge order me to give them my entire tax return, and pay them on a monthly basis in addition.
