Better luck finding a unicorn or leprechaun then getting these people to answer there phone , better yet the door I went to there building and rang the buzzer to be buzzed in to just be standing around waiting , can leave multiple voicemails and you will not receive a call back , they’ll send you paperwork in the mail to threaten your license if you don’t contact them , call the number on the paper and it’s the same shpeel , there payment portal is piss poor , inpatient when your typing in information so it only picks up hal... read more

These guys and gals are just doing their job. I have been summoned twice because of credit card issues. My fault. I defaulted on my obligations and wasnt surprised when they came to collect. I found them very reasonable and when I told them what I could afford each month, they accepted it. My only office contact with them was to ask for my balance... The response was friendly and professional. If you want to be mad, be mad at the credit card companies... but remember, the debt IS yours.
