Nice enough on the phone, but their website and info hasn't been updated in 3 years. They no longer do or have flooring, found that frustrating in a small town with limited options.
Every experience I’ve had with Niebrugges has been fantastic. The team is always personable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to understand what you’re looking for without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. Good stuff. In alley
Walk in with no other customer s on the floor. Make direct eye contact with a staff member who completely ignores me. Been in this place three times in the last four years same experience every time. Two older ladies come through the door and the lady that made eye contact immediately went over and started talking to them. I left and went to W.S.brooms and spent over $3000 there. Ignoring customers is a bad business model! I will never return to this place.
