The initial contact with James Nieberding was great and he prepared the Quit Claim Deed quickly for me. Where we ran into trouble is when the quit claim deed was signed with an online notary because the other party lived across the country now. He would not take this as a signed document instead insisting that I needed an ORIGINAL signed document even after explaining the digital signed copy was the original. I ended up having to go down to the recorders office myself and get it filed. Communication is not a strength for him... read more

I spoke with Jim multiple times about an issue with my neighboring property — last time I spoke to him he told me he would get back to me in 1-2 days. That was over a month now and after leaving a voicemail and email without response I’ve given up. Sadly I was referred to this firm by my estate planner but I’m going to have to seek other council.
I have a strong case. They refused to call back as promised. End of story
