Nidhi is a thorough professional. I've done taxes through lots of EAs, CPAs in the bay area but didn't feel confident (usually missed things, wrong calculations, etc.). However, Nidhi was really knowledgeable and thorough. Once you're setup on the online portal, it's easy to reach out to her via message. While the fees seem to be on the higher side, you get what you pay for and in this case it was excellent service.
Please do not use them if you want accuracy and not get in trouble later with the tax department. They made a huge blunder in the tax return that caused tax interest for us years after. When I received the notice, I reached out but she wouldn’t return my message. This is a shady operation, please stay away for your own good.
I highly recommend Nidhi Jain for tax preparation services. She’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough, catching errors I would’ve missed in documents from another provider. Her attention to detail and guidance saved me from potential issues and gave me peace of mind. I’ll definitely use her services again!
Nidhi and her team were a pleasure to work with!
