Recently I had a issue with my direct deposit from my employer , the payroll company we use did not deposit when they were scheduled to, I ended up having over draft fees, I called my local branch in Eau claire and was so lucky to have Jaden take my call, she was professional and polite and took care of me , even to the degree of sending me her personal number so I can text her issues. Got a check from doing recycling, and the bank wanted to charge me a non-costomer fee, due to that recycling place does banking through that bank and we lost out on extra cash 💸 and we will not be doing any banking through these people again. Poor attitude, and smart remarks towards me about it.
