I started banking with Nicolet about a year ago, and have continued to be very happy that I made the switch from my former credit union. Nicolet offers a variety of products that suit my personal and business needs; online banking is convenient and easy to navigate; and everyone on staff at the Rhinelander location is personable, professional and knowledgeable. Transactions are handled quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner. It's always a pleasure doing business here and I highly recommend Nicolet National Bank!
Very rude. Go somewhere else. I went there to make a simple mortgage payment, I had my account number, statement and my check book. Waited at least 5 minutes for a teller to call me to the counter and then not sure what the difficulty was but it was obvious the teller was working on trying to apply the payment for at least 10 minutes all the while the patron next to me had already been at the counter before I walked into the bank and was still working with her teller and they asked me to step aside to help the people behind ... read more
