Working with Peter F and the Nicolet team has been incredible. I used to bank with a large, national chain and the difference is outstanding. I recently had a question about my account and was able to get in touch with Peter immediately and he remedied the entire situation. If I were still with a large national bank, I'm sure I would have had to go through an automated call center and may have never even talked with a real person. Not the case with Nicolet, and for that reason I am so glad I made the switch!
The staff are really friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems at this nicolet bank or really any nicolet bank. They treat me as a valued customer.
