Deja is amazing!! She helped me move all of my accounts over to Nicolet. Deja made the process simple and not overwhelming. Talking with her was a delight and not once did I feel like a burden or that I was taking too long. I have been a full member with this bank now for a few months and only have good things to say. Everyone at this branch is very friendly and courteous too. I wish I would have made the switch sooner because now my accounts actually earn interest.
An absolutely horrible experience. If you are a business owner please consider a different bank. If your local bank is being acquired by Nicollet, I strongly suggest you begin seeking a new financial institution to partner with. Our 100+ year old company that is the largest employer in our community was with Investors Community Community Bank because they were local, high integrity and was very active giving back to the community. Nicolet was my father's bank forever. When they bought Baylake bank, I wasn't mad about it. Since then, the have been extremely helpful with my mortgage and refi. I'm very happy with each interaction I have.
Aesthetically this location looks really nice with it's raised windows and lower balcony area. Employee's are friendly and helpful, never had a bad experience at this location. Also their high interest checking account is nice.
