We have our mortgage through nicolet bank and Connie Tilot was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped us get through some major snags in the process. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, she really knows what she is doing, and is truly there for her costumers!
I have a checking, Savings and Wealth Management Account with Nicolet Bank and ahave been extremely pleased with their service. Every employee I have dealt with at Nicolet has been friendly, curteous and professional. I also use their name online service and find it to be simple and efficient.
Went to the bank today to cash my WORK paycheck which I have done for a long time now,they thought Today they needed to put a 7 day hold on it. I'VE had nothing but issues with this bank since the Nicolet bank took over.All were there issues and nothing to do with me.Now I can't even close my accounts with them for another 7 working days.Never will I have anything to do with this bank again.4 kids in the car in the drive through 20 min.just to cash or deposit a paycheck.REALLY.Then this BS.. PLEASE WHAT A JOKE.
This was an absolutely horrible experience. I was told that the bank would consider the history of the business I bought and ran me through the process. I waited about two weeks only to find out Brandon never did anything to work with me. I called and left a message and then only after that my credit was hit with a hard inquiry by Nicolet Bank.
