I would not recommend Nicole Dalton or Dalton Law Firm based on my experience. After spending approximately $9,000, I am still trying to finalize a divorce that began in 2024. Nicole was late to court, appeared unprepared for my hearing, and repeatedly asked for extensions until the judge was visibly frustrated with the continued delays. My experience with Nicole Dalton and her staff saved my life. Literally. I was wrongfully arrested while in an abusive relationship and her staff worked day and night to not only support me emotionally but they believed me, they kept me strong when I wanted to break and they got all my charges dropped. To this day I am grateful to have found this law firm and am forever indebted to them. Thank you for all your hard work even when I couldn’t handle it.
Ms. Dalton represented me through a very difficult and complicated family law case with a lot of moving parts. I would never recommend using ms. Dalton at all. Have had nothing but issues she has had been late to court multiple times, very unprepared would show up to court with out documents or files that was needed constantly going threw assistants, poor management, poor communication. Did not try her best for what was paid for. Never prepared anyone for trial until trial day. If you want a good lawyer dont choose ms. Dalton law office absolutely saved my life. Nichole Dalton was there for me. She reassured me and made me feel safe and comfortable with a very uncomfortable situation I was faced with. My life was in her hands and she took the best care that anybody could’ve done for me. I highly recommend Dalton law office.
