I was so excited to get newborn pics done with my last child because I didn’t get a chance to do them with my other two kids. I paid the deposit which was expensive. Anyways my pregnancy was having complications and I was not able to stay in the area as planned. I explained this to them and they did not give me a full refund I was not able to get pics done, I would not recommend this place for pics. This happened in 2014.

This seems to be an ongoing problem, but I gave Nicole the benefit of the doubt because she took our son's newborn photos three years ago and did a great job. I paid her a deposit for a newborn session. Once my baby was born, she did not answer any of my calls or messages. I finally received a message back from her after I had made other arrangements in fear of missing the opportunity. She promised a refund that I have yet to receive and again will not respond to messages.

Horrible communication. Never got to do my newborn session because she ignored my emails and Facebook messages. That’s something I will never get back. She did not give us a refund. It seems like she overbooks herself and then is too busy playing with makeup on Facebook live videos to be a professional photographer. Check out her better business bureau rating. That says a lot.

Horrible experience I paid in full for fresh 48 and newborn session. I had a scheduled csection which Nicole was aware of when I told her baby had arrived she ignored my emails and Facebook messages. There’s no working phone number. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for me to get of my baby that was taken away from me. Horrible. It's been almost FOUR YEARS and we haven't received our wedding photos. She deletes my comments on Facebook, ignores messages, and has blocked our numbers. We were more than civil and spent THOUSANDS of dollars on our wedding photos to be taken. We got 1 book and a canvas for that. On top of that when taking pictures of my wife's wedding dress she got red paint on the center of it. Absolutely do not deal with this woman, her morals and ethics are that of a criminal.
