I tried to schedule three appointments over the last six weeks using her online booking system, and for all of them, she either did not acknowledge them or cancelled the hour of the appointment. I always tried to call and text to confirm in the days leading up, but she never replied. 2 stars are not for her skills, but for her poor communication and customer service. It's a shame because she is a good therapist. However, she can drop a customer, cancel, and never return the conversation. She canceled my 2nd appointment an hour before its time, asking for rescheduling due to her family circumstances. I said sure and gave her possible times of any day, but she never responded again. Considering that I planned my work schedule around that time already, it was very disappointing.
