Nicole photographed my family and all I can say is WOW!!! Our shoot was an amazing experience with her, and our pictures came out absolutely Beautiful! We didn't need all of our photos immediately, as the official occasion was for me and my twin sisters birthday. We were able to request specific poses, in advance in September and I just received additional pictures for our mother's Birthday in 2 weeks. I’m being generous and giving Nicole 2 stars because she takes amazing photos and is the nicest person however she’s getting this review for customer service (or lack thereof). Imagine being a Mom & Dad who just had the cutest baby girl, setting up and getting baby photos then waiting almost 7 months for the newborn photos. The joy & excitement of showing those pics to your family & friends is gone. What a disappointment & letdown. We booked Nicole for family photos in February 2024 and took the photos in April 2024 (paying everything up front). After about a month of not hearing back after the photoshop we come to find out she has a massive backed up list and we didn’t end up receiving our photos until nearly 8 months after. I had a very bad experience with Nicole. Things were good until shoot, after that she stoped responding my calls. She edited few pictures of her choice and did not provided the pictures we committed during shoot and asked for extra charges if I need them. Unprofessional, zero customer satisfaction, waste of money and time
She was so quick to get us in for newborn photos. It’s 5 months later and i still don’t have all of the photos. And every time I message her she says she’ll get it to me during the weekend and I never hear from after that. It’s unprofessional. We pay for the full service right after the shoot I expect better timing
