Did our photos during covid, and was very flexible when everything was shutdown and we had to move days a few times. Great picture and very reasonable rate

If I could give zero stars to this business, I would. The experience with Nicole has been difficult. Our very small wedding was a year ago. The photos that Nicole took were fine--not marvelous, but fine. The problem has been with getting the photos that we ordered. When our package arrived, it was incorrect. With GREAT difficulty, I finally managed to get a response from Nicole, who said that she was placing the order again. That was in July. I think photographer could have done a better job with making sure clothing was twisted or pulled before taking picture. A lot of money for the pictures I actually got. Also, she is doing her side job on a work computer we got our pictures late because her computer was locked at work due to Covid-19. Had to ask for final pics numerous times before she finally sent them. Glad we decided against family photos. Not good at answering emails.
