Nicole’s Failure to conduct due diligence on the capacity of my mom. Based on one conversation with mom, decided that she was competent and arranged for her to sign documents. Mom was assessed by doctors and had a certificate of incapacity place and Nicole disregarded attempts by our family to inform her of this fact. She was rude, arrogant and hung up on us. This caused our family enormous emotional and financial stress and we were forced to get legal help to fix Nicole’s mess.
