Right from first contact Nicola is professional, honest, reassuring and knowledgable. I initially received advice from her in December 2022. As a first time buyer Nicola offered me everything I needed to make informed and sensible decisions. When we first tried to get on the ladder we tried to get a mortgage with another broker. They could not find any lender who would accept us. We were then reccomended to try Nicola Burrell and they had a mortgage for us within three days! They then arranged the mortgage when we moved from that house into our current house and a the renewal of our mortgage since our fix ended. Matt is always helpful and patient. Nicola and Zoe are an amazing team to have on your side when navigating the maze of mortgages out in the wild.
